SOCIAL MEDIA/CONTENT CREATOR (PART TIME/REMOTE WORKING)

Role Description

As a Social Media/Content Creator, you will play a crucial role in crafting compelling and impactful content for one of our social media platforms. This part-time remote position requires a creative individual with a passion for one or more of the sports listed below, social media marketing and content creation. 

Cricket, Cycling, Golf, Hockey, Tennis, Squash, American Football, Lacrosse, Swimming, Snooker/Pool or Motorsports.

Skills

  • Social media platform knowledge including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Youtube, Pinterest, and TikTok
  • Able to create engaging and relevant social media content including graphics, videos, and blog posts
  • Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Canva or equivalent software for design purposes
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • 1+ years of social media content creation experience preferred (current undergraduates/graduates would also be considered)

    BRAND SPECIALIST (PART TIME/REMOTE WORKING)

    Role Description

    This is a part-time remote role for a Brand Specialist at Just Initials. The Brand Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing creative and effective branding strategies to increase brand awareness and revenue. The Brand Specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and provide innovative solutions to improve brand visibility and reputation.

    Skills

    • Strong understanding of branding principles and marketing strategies
    • Demonstrated experience developing and executing successful branding campaigns
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
    • Ability to think creatively and strategically to address brand-related challenges
    • Proficient in graphic design and content creation software, such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
    • Experience with social media marketing and advertising
    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and deadlines
    • Experience with e-commerce and retail industries is a plus

    GRAPHIC DESIGNER (PART TIME/REMOTE WORKING)

    Role Description

    This is a part-time remote role for a Graphic Designer at Just Initials. We are ideally looking for a passionate, tech-savvy designer/artworker with a can-do attitude to join our team. Ideally having some experience in designing/ production for a range of applications including design for print, websites, video/animation, email communications and social media.

    Skills

    • Experience of creating innovative ways to help create brand identity
    • Ability to tackle a range of briefs of varying complexity to showcase and justify creative thinking, from sketch concepts to fully resolved creative routes
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
    • Strong communication and teamwork skills
    • 1+ years of graphic design experience preferred (current undergraduates/graduates would also be considered)
